At My Construction Pal, we’re dedicated to making construction education accessible, engaging, and practical for students and aspiring professionals. We believe that understanding the construction industry shouldn’t be overwhelming or inaccessible, it should be inspiring and within reach.
Our purpose is to bridge the gap between technology and the construction industry, empowering professionals with the knowledge to embrace innovation
As technologically minded construction experts, we are driven by empathy and a commitment to giving back to our community.
We envision a collaborative community that co-creates, learns, and grows together, shaping the construction industry’s innovative future.
I’ve been driven by a passion to bring innovation to the construction, energy, and utilities sectors. In my past roles, I have led high-impact teams that delivered AI-driven solutions for clients across a range of industries, including renewables, large data centers, battery storage, and large-scale utilities. My work included developing a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline for tech-enabled solutions, establishing PMOs for complex programs, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance project outcomes.
In parallel with my industry work, I’ve spent the past five years as an Honorary Visiting Lecturer at Texas A&M University, where I’ve enjoyed sharing my insights and practical experience with the next generation of construction professionals. This role allows me to stay deeply connected to advancements in construction education, while also mentoring students and professionals to take on impactful, purpose-driven roles in the industry.
My commitment to Construction Technology, Education, and Media spans from pioneering digital transformations and operational improvements to actively advocating for continuous learning and leadership in the field. By combining these elements, I strive to raise awareness and foster an environment where technology and innovation drive sustainable growth in the built environment.
